Frédéric Béal

Water, sanitation and hygiene, nutrition, child protection in humanitarian action  
After a Master’s Degree in Environmental Sciences and in Hydrology and Hydrogeology, completed by volunteer work with IRD in Tunisia and experience in the private sector in hydrogeology and polluted sites and soils, Frédéric joined Bioforce in 2011 as a students. He then worked in Southern Sudan, Iraqi Kurdistan, Central African Republic and Myanmar with Solidarités International and Action contre la Faim, as a drilling expert, project manager and emergency water, hygiene and sanitation programme manager. Action contre la Faim then deployed him as WASH Coordinator, sending him from country to country for short technical expertise missions in Madagascar, Malawi and Mali.
A member of the Bioforce team since 2018, Frédéric ensures the quality of our learning actions in Water, Hygiene and Sanitation, Nutrition and Child Protection.

Magali Daurelles

Management of people and organisations 
After legal training, Magali first focused on international refugee law, particularly at Amnesty International. She then managed projects in the context of population displacement in connection with the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) in Burundi, DRC and Rwanda. She then accompanied local organisations in their strategy and management. Convinced that organisational management has a considerable impact on project beneficiaries, she continued this training and capacity building activity when working as coordinator of the regional office of the International Echo-Development Network in Dakar.

Audrey Rochette

Project Management  
Audrey holds a Master’s degree in Management of the health and social sector (University of Limoges) and a Master’s degree in Crisis Analysis and Humanitarian Action from the University of Savoie. For two years, she was the general delegate in India for a child sponsorship association. She then joined the head office of the child protection association ECPAT France (End Child Prostitution and Trafficking) for 11 years as head of the Africa programmes, in charge of the technical, administrative and financial management of projects. At Bioforce since 2021, she ensures the quality of our learning actions in Project Management.

Guillaume Noailly

Logistics, supply, security and safety  
After a first part of his career in private sector logistics and the coordination of photovoltaic power plant sites, Guillaume became involved in humanitarian work in 2010. He has been deployed as a logistician, but also in general security coordination, in a variety of contexts ranging from emergencies (Nepal, Haiti, Pakistan) to complex crises such as in the Democratic Republic of Congo, Iraq or Afghanistan. He also worked for 3 years at Handicap International’s head office in the recruitment of “logistics and security” profiles for emergency responses.
A member of the Bioforce team since 2019, Guillaume ensures the quality of our learning actions in Logistics, Supply, Security and Safety.

Anne Rieu

Quality, Training of trainer 
A graduate of the Institut d’Etudes Politiques d’Aix-en-Provence and of the NOHA Master’s programme, Anne joined the EU Civil Protection and Humanitarian Aid Operations department (DG ECHO) as Desk for Southern Sudan from 2011 to 2013. She then worked in the field with Médecins sans Frontières Belgium in DRC, CAR, Afghanistan and Haiti as Administration and Finance Manager, HR Coordinator or Training Manager until 2017. Back in France, she began a distance learning master’s degree in training engineering, while joining Bioforce as Donor and Project Management thematic humanitarian expert . Since 2019, she has been coordinating Bioforce’s entire Quality system, in addition to being our Training of Trainers thematic expert.

Elsa Wurm

Donors, finance management 
After several years in Cambodia and Ivory Coast in microcredit projects and in the cocoa farming sector, Elsa joined the Belgian Red Cross as a financial manager, supporting the National Societies of DRC, Burundi, Rwanda and Burkina Faso. She then became country manager for Burundi. At the same time, Elsa received training as an emergency worker in the distribution of non-food items and took part in an emergency mission in Mozambique after the passage of cyclone Idai. She joined the Bioforce team in 2020, where she ensures the quality of our learning actions in the fields of Finance Management and Donors.
