I wanted to learn new skills as a trainer in the aid sector, since one of aspects of my work duties as manager obliged me to prepare materials, trainings to the staff where there is a gab need to be filled.
This training satisfied my expectations because I took the advantage of the knowledge and applied it already into my department. And as a manager, this training widening my prospective into the differences among the team and how to perform the best training in which all of staff have a better understanding of the objective of it.
Today, I am able to implement this knowledge in my daily work. For example: as apart of our training, we had to prepare a training and present a section of it. And this motivate me to prepare a full training and present it to my team. It was a nice experience and I gain a lot of information.
